Welcome to my website. I have been training and working as a counsellor since 2002, and I'm a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, and non-judgemental environment.

Some of my counselling experience has been NHS, Corporate, as well as working with young people at University and the YMCA.

I work with people (including young people aged 14 onwards) on either a long or short term basis. I offer confidential and supportive counselling, helping clients to explore issues and concerns and find better coping strategies.

I am experienced in supporting people who have difficulties with many varying issues such as:

Disabilities

Eating Disorders

Relationships

Low self-esteem

Panic Attacks

Stress

My practice is within easy reach of Guildford, Woking, and Godalming.
